Appliance repair pricing can feel like a mystery — and that’s exactly what I try to avoid. Here’s exactly how it works, from the first call to the final invoice.
$99 Service Call
Every visit starts with a $99 service call. This covers my travel and the time it takes to properly diagnose what’s actually wrong with your appliance. This fee applies whether or not you decide to move forward with the repair.
You Get a Written Estimate Before Any Work Begins
Once I know exactly what’s causing the problem, I’ll walk you through it and give you a clear price for parts and labor — in writing, before touching anything further. No work starts until you say go, and I won’t charge beyond that estimate without checking with you first.
Why You Won’t Find a Price List Here
Two identical-looking refrigerators can have completely different repair costs depending on the brand, the part that failed, and whether that part is easy or hard to find. Posting a generic price range would mean guessing — and guessing is exactly what leads to surprise charges later. Instead, I diagnose first, then give you a real number for your actual appliance and actual problem.
No Surprises on the Invoice
When the job’s done, you get a detailed invoice listing exactly what parts were used and what work was performed — plus a 90-day warranty on both labor and parts.
